Refund policy

ALL PUPPIES ARE SOLD AS-IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NOR WARRANTIES OF FITNESS, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO REPRESENTATION OR ASSURANCES ARE PROVIDED BY THE SELLER. THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THE INHERIT RISK OF HEALTH AND LIFE OF THE PUPPY. BUYER ASSUMES THE RISK OF ANY DEFECTS OR PROBLEMS ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE AND/OR POSSESSION OF THE PUPPY, OR PUPPIES.
Payment
Payment in full is required to reserve a puppy for you, and remove it from the available puppies on our website.
Delivery
If delivery is requested (and available), a separate charge will be sent to your email address for review and payment. Delivery is only considered in the continental United States, and is provided directly by us or our assigns, and is not guaranteed. Please inquire if Delivery is requested, as to the availability in your area and at a time that mutually works for both parties.
Refunds
All purchases include a non-refundable $500 deposit at the time of Payment. In the event of a purchase cancellation or refund request prior to taking possession of a puppy, $500 will be retained as a non-refundable fee, and the remainder will be refunded* (See Puppy Boarding below.) For processing time, see Refund Processing below.
Returns
All sales are final once you have taken possession of your puppy. No returns nor refunds will be accepted.
Puppy Boarding
After payment is received, there is a $50/day puppy boarding fee added to your cost, due prior to taking possession of the puppy, for each night after payment has been received prior to the buyer taking possession of the puppy.
Exceptions
The Puppy Boarding fees are waived (either partially or in full, at our discretion), if the delay is on our end, due to paperwork or vet considerations, and will be clearly communicated from us ahead of time, if the exception applies in your case.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received your request for a refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the non-refundable deposit, and any Puppy Boarding expenses already incurred. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
